At Incite, we pride ourselves in delivering services that are guided by experts, and on the cutting edge of what is possible through the NDIS. We like to think outside the box, focusing on delivering real outcomes for each unique participant, rather than following a cookie cutter approach. No two journeys will be the same. We want to see lives lived to their full potential!
What is employment assistance?
Employment assistance as a support has come about due to the recognition by the NDIS that this has historically been an underserviced, and underrecognised need within the scheme. Access is now really straightforward! All you have to do is be able to say yes to these two questions:
1. Are you of working age?
2. Do you have an employment Goal?
If it sounds too simple, it's because it is! Anyone who feels they just need an extra hand to close the gap between where they currently stand, their ideal employment opportunity is encouraged to access this support.
What makes Incite Potential Different?

It is difficult to find tailored experiences that match exactly what is needed for you as an individual when you are one of so many people coming through the door. This is why at Incite we build the experience on 1:1 support. From the first meeting, to walking into that dream job for the first time, you will always be seen for your potential, not deficits. There's enough talk of impairments in the sector, it's time to talk about strengths! We are passionate about building capacity and independence. It may be cliche, but it's true. Our job is to restore agency in people's lives.
